Sprawlopolis is a compact cooperative city-building card game where players use 15 double-sided cards to build a shared city while trying to satisfy goals set by three randomly chosen scoring cards; on each turn, you place a card to extend the city, matching and grouping terrain types while managing roads and special scoring conditions. Its strengths are its tiny footprint, quick setup, high replayability from variable scoring objectives and card orientations, clever strategic depth, and the ability to play solo or with a group. Its drawbacks are that the abstract artwork and scoring can be initially hard to read, luck of the draw can occasionally make goals feel difficult or incompatible, and players looking for a long, highly thematic city-building experience may find it too light and short.
