Balduvian Conjurer, Creature — human wizard, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.54.
A deck that focuses on snow lands and land creatures would benefit from including Balduvian Conjurer, particularly in a strategy that aims to surprise opponents with unexpected creature threats from lands. While Balduvian Conjurer offers versatility in turning snow lands into creatures, other cards like Marit Lage's Slumber or Rimefeather Owl may provide more impactful effects for snow land-based strategies. Ultimately, the decision to include Balduvian Conjurer would depend on the specific synergies and game plan of the deck, but it could find a home in a niche snow land-focused build.

A noncreature permanent that turns into a creature can attack, and its abilities can be activated, only if its controller has continuously controlled that permanent since the beginning of their most recent turn. It doesn’t matter how long the permanent has been a creature.
