A deck focused on controlling the opponent's board by tapping down their creatures would greatly benefit from including Nebelgast Herald. Its Flash ability allows for surprise plays, and its ability to tap down creatures upon entering the battlefield synergizes well with Spirit tribal decks. While there may be other cards with similar effects, Nebelgast Herald's versatility and instant speed make it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks, especially in formats where Spirit tribal decks are viable.
