Enlightened Ascetic would be a valuable addition to a white-based control or midrange deck that aims to disrupt opponents' strategies by removing key enchantments. While it provides a decent utility, there are more versatile options like Reclamation Sage or Qasali Pridemage that can also target artifacts, making them generally more impactful in a wider range of matchups. However, if the meta heavily features enchantment-heavy decks, Enlightened Ascetic could certainly find a place in sideboards for specific matchups.
