Shaleskin Plower could be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to disrupt the opponent's mana base. However, its high morph cost and situational land destruction ability may make it less efficient than other options like Avalanche Riders or Fulminator Mage, which offer similar land destruction effects with more flexibility and consistency, making Shaleskin Plower less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
