About Throttle
Throttle, Instant, designed by Wayne Reynolds first released in Sep, 2014 in the set Khans of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.70.
Throttle would be a valuable addition to a Black control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a cost-effective way to weaken or eliminate threatening creatures on the battlefield. However, there are more versatile removal spells like Murder or Fatal Push that offer a similar effect with potentially lower mana costs or additional benefits, making Throttle less optimal in competitive play unless specific synergies or restrictions call for its inclusion.
