Honor's Reward, Instant, designed by Izzy first released in Jan, 2015 in the set Fate Reforged. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
A deck focused on gaining life and bolstering creatures, such as a white weenie or lifegain deck, would benefit from including Honor's Reward. While it provides a decent life gain and creature buff for its cost, there are potentially better options like Ajani's Pridemate or Path of Bravery for consistent value. Honor's Reward could see play in certain budget or casual decks, but may not be a top choice for competitive play.

Bolster itself doesn’t target any creature, though some spells and abilities that bolster may have other effects that target creatures. For example, you could put counters on a creature with protection from white with Abzan Skycaptain’s bolster ability.
