Resounding Roar, Instant, designed by Steve Prescott first released in Oct, 2008 in the set Shards of Alara. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.30.
Resounding Roar would be a great addition to a midrange or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a powerful boost to a creature for a low cost. However, in a competitive setting, there are better options like Colossal Might or Titanic Growth that offer similar effects for a lower mana cost, making Resounding Roar less likely to see play in top-tier decks.

Cycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with cycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.

The cycling ability and the triggered ability are separate. If the triggered ability doesn’t resolve (due to being countered with Stifle, for example, or if all its targets have become illegal), the cycling ability will still resolve and you’ll draw a card.
