This card, Seek the Horizon, would be beneficial in a ramp or landfall deck that focuses on quickly ramping up mana and playing multiple lands per turn. While it can provide a decent mana boost, there are better alternatives like Cultivate or Kodama's Reach that not only ramp but also put a land onto the battlefield directly, providing immediate value.
