Eye Spy, Sorcery, designed by DiTerlizzi first released in Jun, 1998 in the set Portal Second Age and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 55.99.
Eye Spy would be beneficial in a mill deck that aims to deplete the opponent's library quickly. However, there are better mill cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable or Mind Funeral that can mill more cards at once. Eye Spy could be considered as a budget option or as a supplemental card in a mill strategy, but it may not be a top choice for competitive play due to its limited impact compared to other mill cards.
