Involuntary Employment would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck looking to gain temporary control of an opponent's creature to swing for extra damage or create a blocker. However, there are better options like Act of Treason or Traitorous Blood which provide similar effects for lower mana costs and without the need for a specific color requirement, making them more versatile choices. Involuntary Employment may not see much play in competitive decks due to these alternatives.
