This card, Part Water, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies and aims to capitalize on unblockable attacks. However, there are better options available such as Aqueous Form, which grants unblockable without the restriction of needing an Island. While Part Water could have situational use in certain metagames, overall, it may not see widespread play due to its limitations compared to other similar cards.
