Simic Keyrune, Artifact, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in Feb, 2013 in the set Gatecrash and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 55.98.
Simic Keyrune would be beneficial in a Simic ramp or control deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing mana fixing and a potential blocker with hexproof. However, there are better options available such as Cultivate for ramp and creatures like Hydroid Krasis for better value in a Simic deck. Simic Keyrune could see play in budget decks or casual play, but may not be optimal for competitive formats.

Until the ability that turns the Keyrune into a creature resolves, the Keyrune is colorless.
