This card would be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that focuses on equipping creatures with powerful Equipment cards to deal damage quickly. While Kazuul's Toll Collector offers a unique ability to attach Equipment for free, it may not be the most efficient option compared to other cards like Stoneforge Mystic, which can search for Equipment cards and put them directly onto the battlefield. However, in a budget deck or a deck looking for redundancy in Equipment attachment, Kazuul's Toll Collector could still see play as a versatile option.
