A deck focused on generating tokens and +1/+1 counters, such as a green token or counter strategy deck, would benefit from including Stampeding Scurryfoot. While it provides a decent value for its cost, there are potentially better cards that offer more impactful effects for the same mana investment, like Verdant Confluence or Avenger of Zendikar. Stampeding Scurryfoot could see play in casual or budget decks, but may not be competitive enough for more high-powered formats.
