This card, Burrowing, would benefit a red aggressive deck looking to capitalize on its creatures being unblockable against opponents with Mountains. However, there are likely better options available such as Frenzied Goblin or Goblin Guide, which provide more consistent and impactful effects in aggressive strategies. Burrowing may see situational play in specific metagames, but overall, there are stronger choices for creature enchantments in Magic: the Gathering.
