Ravensburger will bring One Piece: Nakama - Friends & Enemies to stores in October 2026. The new board game puts players in the roles of Luffy and other Straw Hat pirates, embarking on a cooperative campaign of recruitment, missions and clashes.

During the game, the group must recruit new Friends to complete missions and defeat enemies. Each Enemy card requires certain Friends to be part of the crew. Upon succeeding, the group receives the reward associated with the defeated enemy.

Defeating each Enemy does not advance its special attribute: leaving any cards undefeated increases the Threat level. The higher that level, the more Friends the group loses. The game ends when the players no longer have enough Friends to complete the missions.
