A deck that focuses on graveyard recursion and aggressive strategies, such as a Rakdos Aggro or Aristocrats deck, would benefit from including Torrent of Souls. While it offers versatility with its ability to bring back a creature from the graveyard and grant haste and a power boost to creatures, there are potentially better options like Kolaghan's Command or Dreadbore for more efficient removal or recursion.
