A deck focused on tempo and evasion would benefit from including Manta Riders, as it provides a cheap flying threat that can be activated multiple times to get past ground blockers. However, there are better options available such as Delver of Secrets, which can transform into a powerful flyer for just one mana. While Manta Riders may not be a top-tier card, it could see play in more budget-friendly or casual decks looking for additional flying threats.
