Marshaling Cry, Sorcery, designed by Vance Kovacs first released in May, 2007 in the set Future Sight. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 6.02.
Marshaling Cry would benefit a white weenie aggro deck by providing a temporary boost to all creatures and granting vigilance, allowing for aggressive attacks while still being able to block. While it can be a useful combat trick, there are potentially better options such as Brave the Elements or Glorious Anthem for more consistent and permanent buffs. However, Marshaling Cry could still see play in certain strategies that rely on combat tricks and graveyard recursion.

A spell cast using flashback will always be exiled afterward, whether it resolves, is countered, or leaves the stack in some other way.

If a card with flashback is put into your graveyard during your turn, you can cast it if it’s legal to do so before any other player can take any actions.

You must still follow any timing restrictions and permissions, including those based on the card’s type. For instance, you can cast a sorcery using flashback only when you could normally cast a sorcery.

Cycling is an activated ability. Effects that interact with activated abilities (such as Stifle or Rings of Brighthearth) will interact with cycling. Effects that interact with spells (such as Remove Soul or Faerie Tauntings) will not.
