Deadeye Tormentor would be a great addition to an aggressive black deck that focuses on attacking early and often to trigger Raid abilities. While it can be a useful card for disrupting your opponent's hand, there are potentially better options like Kitesail Freebooter or Thoughtseize that offer more immediate and impactful disruption. However, Deadeye Tormentor could still see play in a deck looking to maintain pressure and disrupt the opponent's resources simultaneously.

Raid abilities care only that you attacked with a creature. It doesn’t matter how many creatures you attacked with, or which opponent or planeswalker controlled by an opponent those creatures attacked.
