Reckless Charge, Sorcery, designed by Scott M. Fischer first released in Oct, 2001 in the set Odyssey and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.79.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and quick creature-based wins, such as a Red Deck Wins or Mono-Red Aggro deck, would benefit from including Reckless Charge. The card provides a temporary power boost and haste to a creature, allowing for surprise attacks and increased damage output. While there may be better options for similar effects, such as Lightning Bolt for direct damage or other pump spells for more permanent boosts, Reckless Charge can still be a valuable inclusion in decks looking to close out games quickly.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost (such as a flashback cost) you’re paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined only by its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast the spell was.

You can cast a spell using flashback even if it was somehow put into your graveyard without having been cast.

“Flashback [cost]” means “You may cast this card from your graveyard by paying [cost] rather than paying its mana cost” and “If the flashback cost was paid, exile this card instead of putting it anywhere else any time it would leave the stack.”
