Spelltwine es una carta versátil que puede beneficiar a los mazos de control que buscan obtener ventaja de cartas e interrumpir el plan de juego de su oponente. Si bien puede ser poderosa en determinadas situaciones, puede que no siempre sea la opción más eficiente en comparación con otras cartas como Snapcaster Mage o Mystic Confluence, que ofrecen un valor más inmediato.
