Mogis, Dio del massacro sarebbe una forte aggiunta a un mazzo di controllo o midrange Rakdos (nero e rosso), poiché fornisce una fonte costante di danno e pressione sugli avversari. Sebbene possano esserci altre carte con effetti simili, l'abilità indistruttibile di Mogis e il potenziale di infliggere danni ogni turno lo rendono una scelta solida per i mazzi che cercano di mantenere il controllo del tabellone e fare pressione sugli avversari.
