Será que seus agentes terão sucesso em trazer o Mercador da Morte para justiça? O objeto do jogo é confiscar mais caixas de armas do que seus adversários. Os jogadores se revezam colocando seus agentes em um dos quatro locais (América Central, Médio Oriente, Norte de África, Sudeste da Ásia). Durante o jogo, caixas de armas são entregues aos diferentes locais, por isso alguns locais terão mais armas do que outros.
