Atarka Monument, Artifact, designed by Daniel Ljunggren first released in May, 2020 in the set Dragons of Tarkir and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 1.21.
The Atarka Monument card would benefit a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and has a red-green color identity. It provides flexibility by generating either red or green mana and can also transform into a powerful Dragon creature for an aggressive finish. While there may be more efficient ramp or creature options available, Atarka Monument could still see play in decks looking for a versatile and thematic inclusion.
02/25/15
A Monument can’t attack on the turn it enters the battlefield.
02/25/15
If a Monument has any +1/+1 counters on it, those counters will remain on the permanent after it stops being a creature. Those counters will have no effect as long as the Monument isn’t a creature, but they will apply again if the Monument later becomes a creature.
