Topan Ascetic, Creature — human monk, designed by Sal Villagran first released in Oct, 2008 in the set Shards of Alara. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.32.
Topan Ascetic would be beneficial in a green-based aggressive deck that focuses on having multiple untapped creatures to pump up its power and toughness quickly. While it can be a useful card in certain situations, there are potentially better options like Prowess of the Fair or Ainok Bond-Kin that provide similar effects with added benefits, making Topan Ascetic less likely to see play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
