Veil of Birds, Enchantment, designed by Heather Hudson first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.30.
Veil of Birds would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's spells while also having the potential to create a flying creature for offense or defense. However, there are better options like \[\[Spectral Sailor\]\] or \[\[Spell Queller\]\] that offer more versatility and power. Veil of Birds may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its limited impact compared to other available options.
