Cunning Advisor, Creature — human advisor, designed by Gao Jianzhang first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 52.08.
This Cunning Advisor card would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and resources. While it can be a useful tool for hand disruption, there are more efficient options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that see more play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks. However, Cunning Advisor could still have a place in a budget or more casual deck where its ability to disrupt the opponent's hand can be valuable.

If a turn has multiple combat phases, the ability can only be activated before the beginning of the declare attackers step of the first combat phase in that turn.
