A control deck focused on hand disruption and low-power creatures would benefit from using Noetic Scales in Magic: the Gathering. While Noetic Scales can be effective in certain situations, there are better options available such as Ensnaring Bridge or Meekstone that offer more consistent control over the board. Noetic Scales may not see widespread play due to its situational nature and the availability of stronger alternatives in the current metagame.
