A deck focused on sacrificing creatures or creating situations where creatures are likely to die would benefit from using Slumbering Cerberus, as it can potentially untap multiple times in a turn with the Morbid ability. However, there are better cards with similar effects, such as Bloodghast or Gravecrawler, which offer more consistent value and are easier to recur. Slumbering Cerberus may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its limitations compared to other options available.
